frequently asked questions

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

You are not looking for cookie-cutter design so we won't give you a one size fits all solution. Contact us to discuss the project scope and request a quote.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

We want to give you our full attention.
Large projects – a new website, large catalog – can take from 3 to 10 months depending on project scope.
Smaller projects – like a postcard or artist card – can take from 2 to 4 weeks. Block out time in our design calendar early to make sure we can meet your deadlines.

What is a bird’s eye view consultation?

During a video or in person consultation, we take a holistic view of your business and identify your strengths, points of friction and weaknesses.
Think of it as your Business by Design Roadmap. We then prioritize projects and schedule them based on your desired growth rate.

HOW do you ensure quality?

We schedule blocks of time to give your project our full attention. We also have a talented network of collaborators we tap into based on each project’s needs. If you have a favorite vendor, we can bring them into the project as well.

will you work with my vendor?

If you already have an established relationship – a printing company for example – that is a great fit for the project, we will work with them during the production phase.

do you have REFERENCES?

Send us an email and we'll put you in touch with our clients so you can get a better sense of what it's like to work with us.
We invite you to browse our portfolio of past work where you will find testimonial from each client.

I'D LOVE TO WORK WITH YOU BUT I AM NOT READY TO START

We are always happy to talk to you anytime wether it’s for a project or idea you want to work on now, next month or next year.
It's not too early to prepare for a larger project next year. Send us an email with your ideas or to schedule a consultation.

Have a project you want to discuss?

You don’t have to have all the details figured out. Andy can help you clarify their goals and identify which ducks to get in a row.

Still have a question?
