We invite you to get out of the weeds and take a 10,000ft — or 3,000m — look at your business as a whole, set specific goals and prioritize the next steps for growth.
This session is for you if:
You are an established business ready to elevate your brand to a more refined, professional level.
You are a craftsperson, designer and/or maker with a great handmade product, ready to invest in your business and need a clear strategic design plan for the road ahead.
If you wear all the hats and feel that your big picture projects for a new website or to write a newsletter, or [fill in the blank] keep getting postponed because they feel overwhelming because of the number of decisions involved.
You feel that there is an endless should-be-posting-on-every-platform-in-order-to-grow list that leaves you with a sense of dread.
Where do you want to be in 5 years? Do you have a plan to get there? How will Design support your growth? Where do you start?
In a Bird's-Eye View session, we evaluate your current business systems and platforms: website, sales channels, customer journeys and outreach plans. We can also review relevant brand touch points such as print materials, packaging, and booth design.
Work with Andy to identify your unique strengths, address the weaknesses that are holding you back, find opportunities for growth and anticipate threats your business might face.
HOW IT WORKS
Book your Bird's-Eye View session
Fill out the questionnaire and submit before our Zoom session
Attend the Zoom session with Andy which typically takes about 2 hours. In some cases it can run over so we recommend clearing 3 hours in your schedule.
Take time after the recorded Zoom call to capture (write, draw, record a voice memo…) your thoughts, observations and notes right after the session instead of jumping off to the next to-do item.
Private Client Portal with Recording and Notes. Within a week after your session, you will receive an invitation to access your private Client Portal. You will have unlimited access to the Bird's-Eye View video recording.
You will receive your Bird's-Eye View report which include Andy’s detailed notes, a task list organized by priority, Andy’s referrals and a clear set of goals to get you closer your your dream business.
FEES
The standard Bird's-Eye View session for a single owner business is $595. For businesses with additional revenue streams — such as online teaching, workshops — please contact Andy for pricing.
This fee is non-refundable once the session has taken place.
There is a $50 cancellation fee.
Bird's-Eye View sessions will be available again in 2024. Get on the waitlist to get a notification to book your session.
